Responsibilities:
Responsible for the service and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests
The ability to create a fun working environment
Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
Manage FOH and BOH staff, including scheduling and oversight to ensure effective and efficient operations
Ensures the cleanliness of the BOH and FOH by maintaining specified standards, and training staff on proper sanitation guidelines.
Overall inventory control, labor cost, and budget management
Must have knowledge of food allergens and assist guests with allergies in navigating their experience.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times

Report to the Cafe Manager


Qualifications:

Experience:
FOH/BOH Management: 2 years

Education:
GED or higher
Culinary Arts degree preferred
ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification
Experience with POS systems and computers
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
