Coconut Barfi Fudge

Coconut Barfi (Coconut Fudge)

This easy Coconut Barfi ( Fudge ) recipe is made with just 3 ingredients and has a predominant coconut flavor! A simple Eid gift or just to satisfy that sweet tooth, you’ll love this !!!

Servings: 12 pieces


  • 1 ½ cup Sweetened coconut

  • 1 ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom

  • finely chopped pistachios for garnishing optional


  1. Line a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add coconut, and condensed milk. Mix well until they are well combined. Continue to cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

  3. Remove from heat and add cardamom powder and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into the parchment-lined pan and spread evenly.

  5. Sprinkle finely chopped pistachios and let the coconut barfi set for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

  6. Cut the barfi into equal pieces and store it in an airtight container.

Note: Barfi can be stored at either room temperature or the fridge.
